After the wildfire, our team's pastoral care visits

Updated: Jan 3

The missionary team continues to pray for the indigenous people of five bands in the Lytton area who were evacuated due to a wildfire at the end of August.

Pastor Paul Hwang and Pastor Caleb Lee were able to visit and provide relief supplies to the indigenous believers of Siska band, who had taken refuge in a motel in Campos on August 30. They also spent time comforting and praying with them.

After the visit of the mission team, thankfully, the fire was brought under control, and about a week later, the indigenous people were able to return to their homes.

on September 7th, the medical outreach team visited Siska band and Stein Valley School together, providing medical treatment.
